What is ISM
ISM is a method for organizing your service provision. The ISM method delivers, integrates and provides access to the means needed by the IT manager for accommodating and managing the organization. Using ISM, the management organization can easily and efficiently determine what needs to be done, when it should be done, who should do it and which resources are required.
The ISM method consists of:

- a compact process model consisting of only six processes, based on ITIL and ASL
