ISM is a standard, which means that you can work with standardized templates for each part of a process. You can work with standard reports, but also with standard metrics instruments, SLAs and standardized service management tools. There is one added advantage: you will no longer need to make a costly investment to customize the service management tool for your organization.

 

A large number of standard templates have been developed specifically for the ISM model. Any organization can use those templates for its IT service management processes. The number of templates is continuously growing, based on experiences form different users.
