The ISM method uses service management tools (help desk tools). The following ISM Technology Partners provide standardized service management tools:

These ISM partners have shown repeatedly that their tool is capable of supporting the ISM functionality and can be integrated with publication tools. Because tool configurations from previous projects are available, these tools can be used more efficiently and cheaper than other tools.

The ISM group consists of partners with complementary knowledge and expertise, who can contribute to the further evolution of ISM. Quality and synergy were important criteria for selecting our partners.
