In documenting your process model and your organization you have laid the foundations for your management. With the ISM templates you have then developed and documented all agreements about the method of working. After that, you will need a tool with which the execution of this method is supported and controlled. There are many service management available to achieve this.

 

Various important tools are already organized to fully support the ISM framework, which will save you a lot of configuration costs. However, some tool venders have become ISM partners. This means that they offer a tool which is ready for use, which means an efficient and cost effective implementation. The simple structure of the process model means that ISM can also be easily implemented with other helpdesk tools.
