ISM works if the organization has managed to provide high-standard, controlled services in line with the market. Service reports will reveal whether ISM is successful. Obviously, ISM is also a success if employee satisfaction is enhanced by the clarity it provides. ISO-20000 certification is also clear evidence of success. Ultimately, however, it’s the customers who decide whether your organization is living up to its promises.
