What is the relationship between ISM and ISO 20000?
Companies can apply for ISO-20000 certification to show that they work according to ITIL processes. In order to obtain certification, or to function at that level, an organization must make sure that it has drawn up a proper description with details of its work methods, in accordance with the requirements of the ISO-20000 requirements. Through process coaching, organizations learn to use the resources in the ISM Portal in the most effective way.
