ISM is enabled for MAVIM, Protos and ProcessPublisher. These are user-friendly tools for linking and publishing an organization’s description, processes and documents. They are linked to a helpdesk tool, and the portal is then published.

Obviously, ISM can be easily adapted for other modern publication tools.
