Publication tool partners
The ISM group consists of suppliers, all of which have a great deal of experience in the field of IT service management. The ISM method uses publication tools.
The publication tools partners are:

- Pallas Athena, supplier of BPM One
- The Competence Group, supplier of ProcessPublisher
- Sensus Method, supplier of the Sensus Method
- LearningGuide Solutions
- Infoland
These ISM partners have proven have shown repeatedly that their tool is capable in supporting the ISM functionality. Because tool configuration form previous projects are available, these tools can be used more efficiently and cheaper than other tools.
