How FSM works
If you choose FSM, there are the three steps that follow: delivery, installation and implementation.
In delivering FSM, your organization gets the products that are part of the ISM framework.
In the installation phase, these are made suitable for your particular organization.
In the implementation phase the new process-oriented manner. The people involved learn how to work with the installed ways and means. In order to prevent a fallback, the organization will ne coached over a period of time to execute and manage the new way of working.
All delivered means and descriptions are linked and made available in one portal, or plug in, which ensures that everyone has access to all the information and resources.
FSM focuses on providing an adequately functioning information system. This means not only focusing on the functionality of a service, but also on how this functionality functions. This means that FSM focuses not only on specifying the functionality of the functional design, but also on the performance in terms of availability, speed and capacity.
Information systems will usually be largely automated. However, forms and manuals are also part of the information system.
